We always strive to produce products and service of the highest standards.
The Race The Waves Range is 100% made to order and this takes time - so please allow 10-14 working days for your order to arrive.
Deliveries to destinations outside of the UK will take longer to arrive...

Each item you order online is totally bespoke, being produced exactly as you ordered, in the style, colour and size of your choice.
The embroidered and printed designs are applied in-house by our experienced and highly conscientious team.
Once complete, and quality checked before dispatch,
your order is carefully folded and bagged, then sent out to you by secure delivery service*
*Please note, all parcels we send out will require a signature upon delivery -
these are quality, desirable items and we want to ensure you receive them safely.
In the unlikely event you do not receive your order within 14 working days please notify us immediately by email so we can investigate for you. We retain proof of postage records for 3 months so are unable to deal with any claims for non-delivery after this period.
